3/30/2015	I visited to follow up on issues from my December '15 visit. Blowing litter remains an issue and the landfill staff have been taking measures to correct the wind-blown litter problem. They are building a 6' fence on the north side and have picked litter once this spring. We discussed the fill sequence and possibly working with a smaller area of active filling as this appears to be part of the blowing litter problem. The tarp is being used for daily cover, but during operating hours the area of exposed waste is greater than what is needed for the volume being taken in daily.	BRIAN JERGENSON
