7/17/2009	Followed up on Petroleum Contaminated Soil handling from spill 071409-ALS-1354. PCS had not be spread out when I arrived on site. I discussed the rules pertaining to PCS use for daily cover, left staff a copy of the rules and did a general visit of the site. Noticed to seeps on the north slope of the active cell. One seep crossed the road on the north side of the landfill and went down into the ditch. Discussed the need to address the seeps. No violations issue, may need some follow-up on both the PCS and Seeps.	BRIAN JERGENSON
