10/8/2009	10/8/09 - I talked to Sara Kurovsky. She reported that they are taking shingles and placing each load in bunkers. Each load is tested for asbestos and if it passes it goes with the rest of the passed shingles awaiting grinding.	BILL GROSS
10/8/2009	9/9/09 - During a construction and operation inspection, I briefly looked at teh area on the concrete in the composting area which was marked off fo bunkers to store shingles.	BILL GROSS
