4/19/2018 Site survey was conducted 4-5-18. Proposed locations for the earthen animal truck wash effluent basin and the formed stockpiling structure for separated solids appear to meet all required separation distances except for the separation distance to the residence across the road at 4780 Pierce Ave. A waiver was signed and recorded for this residence and was submitted on April 18, 2018.
