3/22/2018	All distances can be met. However, the waiver that was filed with the county for the residence to the northeast states that the capacity will be for 2,000 head of cattle in confinement. The MMP and permit application both state 1,850. While the distances are the same, I advised Mr. Pudenz that a new waiver should be signed and filed showing the accurate capacity of 1,850 head.
