12/14/2010	Please conduct a Sanitary Survey for Hawkeye Pride Egg Farm LLP (PWSID 4109101) since this is a NEW public water supply and will need technical assistance to learn about sampling locations/techniques, how to interpret the operation permit, etc. At this time, the PWS is temporarily using Tom Grafft (Kuehl & Payer) as their operator, but plan to hire or train a PWS operator in the near future.
