11/6/2012 ADP Permit Inspection completed by Dennis Appelhons per request for an expedited permit inspection. Client was anxious to begin operation since they had appliances waiting and only had a $11,000 line of credit, which meant they could only store a small number of nondemanufactured appliances. Upon completion of the site inspection on 10-25-12, telephone confirmation was conducted with Sue Johnson, DNR Solid Waste Section. Sue indicated that issuance of the permit would be expedited due to the satisfactory results of the site inspection. DENNIS APPELHONS
