7/23/2010 Project on hold temporarily while owner submits changes to the original documentation. Waivers were obtained for the 3 closest neighbors, but a waiver was not yet received from the residence on site owned by Mr. Hoogland's parents. Must maintain the grass waterway or otherwise eliminate this water source, or must be 500' away. Conditional approval of the site granted provided the above items are addressed. SHEILA KENNY
