11/1/2012 Conduct site survey and review MMP for dairy confinement expansion. Non matrix size. No karst concerns. Site is in alluvial shading however previous permit reqd Declatory Order which found site not in Flood Plain. PE plans submitted. Site does have open lot animals and are proposing controls with no permit or pending NPDES permit. Please look at open lot controls for adequacy. PAUL PETITTI
