10/21/2021 Please conduct a site survey and review the MMP for a new deep pit swine barn. No alluvial concerns. Karst report, master matrix, PE CDS and MMP were submitted. Animals will remain the same, 7190 head finishers and 6300 head of nursery pigs. This barn will replace other barns (they have not been identified in the application), please remember to discuss closure requirements with the owner. CINDY GARZA
