5/15/2012 Kyle informed me that Jeff Koops had submitted an application for flood plain determination. I emailed Jeff on Monday May 14 and Jeff responded on the same day that he submitted the application on April 17, 2012 and had not heard back as of yet. I informed Kyle on the day of the site survey that no construction can take place until this determination has been made. DON CUNNINGHAM
