5/15/2012 I conducted the site survey on May 10, 2012. During my inspection, I determined that this facilty also has a 500 head open lot in addition to the 2-225 head beef cattle hoop barns, 2400 head hog condinement and proposed 500 head gable roofed slatted barn. Kyle has created a dug out settling basin on the west side of his site and immediately adjacent to the open lots to catch runoff. I inquired about the design and Kyle responded that he had just dug this out himself and added to it to make it bigger but also offered that he has been in touch with Nic Rowe to have Nic do a determination on it so that they can hold a 5 inch rain event.
