11/22/2010 On November 12, 2010 I conducted a site survey for the proposed expansion. I also inspected the condition of the portion of the manure storage pits that was exposed above the ground. I found the upper portion of the pits to be in good condition and the site meets the applicable separation distances. BILL GIBBONS
