7/5/2012 NPDES inspection completed 6/19/12. Minor deficiencies in records, but structures appear in good shape, and overall the facility is in compliance. Recommend proceeding with renewal of the permit. Note: New owner (since 6/10/10) would like to add a few pens and have a total of 5000 head at this site. The new pens will be added to the north side of the stockpiling area, which is within the drainage area of the current controls (no new controls will be constructed). I instructed him to indicate the total capacity after expansion on his renewal application. SHEILA KENNY
