11/20/2015	Since this is an expansion at an existing permitted open lot with no new construction, no site survey is required. 1. NMP must be re-submitted addressing the expansion of 500 AU. 2. Public Notice must be submitted. 3. Our office will also need a new county verification receipt from Shelby County since the NMP will be different than what is on file. November 19, 2015, after recieving and reviewing NMP: 1. On the %Total N values on page 2. For Mgmt ID# C, D, H, and O, the %TN Available is 35%, 10%, and 5%. For solid manure, suggested manure is 60-75% in 1st crop year and the remainder is split between 2nd and 3rd years. Since this instance totals up to 50%, submit documentation showing the N availability. 2. Submit documentation showing where the optimum crop yield for Mgmt ID “K” a USDA yield (5.6) came from. I didn’t see the documentation for the Alf/Brome in our handout. 3. I didn’t see an agreement for: N ½ of NW ¼ in section 33-80-39 Westphalia Twp Shelby Co or SW ¼ of NW ¼ in section 33-80-39 Westphalia Twp Shelby Co 4. Submit a county verification receipt.
