7/11/2014	Required this site to remove concrete from dispenser sumps as it was used to anchor shear valves, and install shear valves according to manufacturer's instructions, in other words properly. Les and Dennis from Midwest Pump have removed concrete from some of the dispensers and installed shear valve stabilizer bars, U-clamps and brackets. They want us to look at it to see if it meets our approval. You just need to confirm it appeared to be installed according to instructions or that it is rigidly mounted to the brackets and bar. Also, check there are no leaks in the dispenser sumps after concrete removed. Tim from Midwest is on site. If you can get out there next week that would be great.
