The responsible official is Bryce Stalcup 563-381-1300 and the Facility Operator is Eric Peekenschneider at the same number. Below is what they reported on their last ADP report: deman'd 5754 total appliances and found 3 Hg switches and 5 PCB caps. Their PCB waste bucket had a date of 9/22/22, so it should have been emptied by now. The renewal documents they sent in will be in the solid waste database Doc#108437 and will be uploaded soon.
