7/23/2010 New cell construction certification inspection. Phase 1 disposal area on the south end of the existing landfill consists of approximately 3.2 acres over existing waste. The composite liner includes 2 feet of compacted clay overlain by a 60 mil FML. The drainage layer is 12 inches of sand. A plan sheet showing the area can be found on page 15 of Document # 49291 on DocDNA if you want to see it. The landfill is anxious to begin filling in their new cell. AMIE DAVIDSON
