A walkover with the owners, contractor, and engineer will take place Monday, September 17 at 9AM. Mick indicated that the FO will need to complete an inspection of the cell prior to him being able to approve the construction observation report. 9/21/2018	I met Dan Jensen and Shawn Kelly of Barker Lemar, Jason Eckrich, assistant Superintendent at the landfill, and Joe Welter, Engineer for the City of Iowa City. We toured the new cell, discussed it, and I took several photos of it. Dan explained how the liner was tied into adjacent abutments and explained that everything that's in the final report explains (with corresponding photos) of how the cell was built to spec.
