8/30/2010 Inspection of new cell construction at Fremont County Sanitary Landfill. The entire new construction is on the sideslope of the unlined landfill. The liner consists of 2 feet of compacted clay overlain by 60 mil FML and 12 inches of sand. There is no leachate piping since this is all on the sideslope.
