1/11/2016	It was determined by 0754 that a low pressure 1/2 inch transfer line with a pump on it was leaking. The pump was shut off and by 0930 the release subsided enough for a Koch employee to isolated the point of the leak and by 1015 the line was capped and the leak was stopped.	ANTHONY BIGGER
