7/24/2009	At the time of the company's initial reporting, it was noted that the company had placed a dam on the tributary to Goose Creek and stopped all flow from proceeding off their property. Measures were also reportedly taken to begin pumping water and product up from the tributary. In additon, company officials reportedly contracted with Enviro Mark who were on-site. Reportedly Enviro-Mark had installed a second dam and was pumping additional water and waste from the tributary.	DNRHSIADMIN
