7/24/2009	The flow had been stopped already and the gasket was being replaced. The plan is to replace the piping in this area (too small now). Barry reported the pH of the steep water at teh plant was 4.3 and at the river discharge point 7.1 due to dilution. He said the it had been raining and the river flow was good, so there was no impact on the river water quality. On 9/5/06, I informed Barry to call the National Response Center.	DNRHSIADMIN
