12/16/2014	Material is contained - plan to use a vac truck or skid loader (depending on thickness of material) tomorrow to cleanup and determine proper disposal.	PAUL BRANDT
12/19/2014	Rob Suanders called on 12-18-2014 to followup. On Monday, they removed the material. They mixed dirt with it to get it solid and got the pH down to about 9. Material was taken to Wapello County landfill for disposal. Volume was about 4 - 20 cubic yard dumpsters.	PAUL BRANDT
