7/24/2009	Upon initial discovery, company officials began monitoring. After it was determined that there was a 10 % LEL at one point of the facility and 22% LEL in another, those portions of the facility were evacuated. Following evacuation, company officials contacted the Marshalltown Fire Dept. The Fire Dept. isolated the line, and assisted the company in flaring off the gas.	DNRHSIADMIN
