7/24/2009	Liquid manure flowed down a cut channel on the edge of a crop field for approximately 3/4 mile before stopping and pooling approximately 100 yards from the Little Rock River. Payloaders were used initially to dam up the flow on 12/11/2007 and to pull pooled liquied into the crop field. Much of the spilled manure froze on the night of 12/11/2007. An excavator and payloaders were used on 12/12/07 to pull frozen manure out of the channel and drag/push it away further into the crop field. Efforts are to continue for several days to get as much manure as possible out of the cut channel and pooled areas.	DNRHSIADMIN
