7/24/2009 The storm sewer was diked to prevent more material from draining into it. Keokuk Contractors was hired to pump water out of the storm sewer. This particular storm sewer leads to a containment pond on the nearby Walmart property. The pond was observed and no sheen has appeared on it at this time. Sand was applied to the oil on the concrete drive. Advised Lehrter that this material could go to local SDP. DNRHSIADMIN
