7/24/2009	By the time of DNR's notification, the R.P. had already made arrangements to flare off the ammonia. During the flaring off process, it was reported that some nitrogen oxides would have been released. The R.P. contacted the National Response Center in response to the incident. Ms. Stucky Gregg stated that she needed to calculate the amount of ammonia/nitrogen oxide released to the atmosphere. The written reporting requirements were discussed with Ms. Stucky Gregg who stated she would have a report compiled within a week.	DNRHSIADMIN
