2/2/2016	Facility stopped the filling of the tanker once aware of the situation. Small dams were created with booms and contained much of the product to the drainage ditch. Some discharged intro a storm water conveyance ditch. Environmental Management was contacted and vacuumed up about 100 gallons.	BRIAN LEE
2/2/2016	I visited facility on 2/1 and observed clean up efforts. I met Andy on site and we discussed the incident and response. He provided a SDS sheet on the material. About 300 gallons had been recovered by EMS and more progress was to be made. Material had solidified and turns white when solidified so it was easy to detect. I did not observe any material discharged into Deere Creek. The confluence of Deere Creek and the storm water drainageway is about 100 yards from the last point where the material was detected. I collected upstream and downstream creek samples. CBOD, TSS, pH, and FOG will be analyzed. No visible detect.	BRIAN LEE
