7/24/2009	The cooling tower is still operational, but they have stopped blowing down cooling water. The emulsified oil is trapped in the cooling tower. They have contacted Hydro Klean regarding clean up of the oil. It may not be possible to collect the oil from the cooling tower due to turbulence. They may have to deploy absorbent pads and booms across the blowdown cooling water path to collect the oil.	DNRHSIADMIN
