8/15/2017	Per Alison Manz - The facility began offloading the tank and painted a line around the wet soil along the base of the tank. By Monday afternoon the wet soil spread past the painted line. A trench was dug along the base of the tank and free product was noticed in the trench several hours later. Once the tank contents are completely removed, the floor of the tank will be inspected and further excavation will occur. They will continue to update the FO4 on progress.	KRISTI BURG
