5/22/2026	I responded to the complaint the day it was assigned (March 31, 2026). I met with Bill Rowland, the director of LNI. He indicated they had closed early on Thursday due to the wind (litter and safety). From the farm drive, I noted approximately 8 pieces of trash north of the farm drive (over about a distance of 1500 feet). I also noted approximately 13 pieces of trash in the wetland near the farm drive, and approximately 9 pieces on the area south of the farm drive in the ditch east of Killdeer Avenue. I also noted trash on the edges of the shore of the pond to the northeast of the southeast corner of the landfill. I noted significant trash in the ditch at the southeast corner of the landfill. I met with Mike Marcenek at the creek, he indicated he will focus on this area more. I also found some trash at the creek north of the landfill on 12th Ave. South. A Letter of Non-Compliance will be issued and I will request a plan for how they will manage the litter.	ISAIAH LARY
