4/3/2026	BAL - Drove past 4/3 and observed minimal, nearly no, trash along each side of Hwy 78 east and west of the landfill.	BRIAN LEE
3/25/2026	Bert Noll (ES FO6) was in the area and drove past the landfill. He indicated the litter was noticeable on the south side of 78 near the landfill. I emailed Bill that there was a litter complaint and for him to let me know what was planned to address the litter. Bill called me 3/25/26 and told me a clean up crew has been hired and will pick litter the weekend of March 28th. They are hired to complete this litter removal annually.	BRIAN LEE
