2/23/2026	I spoke with Brian Portwood (affidavit operator) about the complaint. He acknowledge there was some issues with the collection system, possible collapse of the older clay tile. He added that they had recently replaced a portion of the tile and the issue appears to be where the new service main connected to the old service main. He was unsure if any sewage entered the pond and stated they are pumping to another manhole which goes to the WWTP system. He acknowledge they need to address portions of the collection system. It was noted that pumping from one manhole to another manhole is not a bypass by definition. Will send a letter encouraging timely repair of the collection system.	TERRY JONES
