3/26/2025	This was one of a series of complaints related to odor from the landfill. During August 30, 2023, inspection, a contributing source of the odor was determined to be uncapped leachate cleanouts in the landfill, which were capped following the inspection. After the cleanouts were capped, the odor complaints diminished.	JEREMY KLATT
