10/7/2013	Chris Gelner and I visited to investigate. We spoke with Sara Wilken onsite and Justin Foote via telephone. Facility had recently transported approximately 20 appliances to this facility from other facilities owned by Wilken. All appliances were marked with the dates they had been acquired and they were set aside so as not to be crushed or baled. Justin said he plans to take training and acquire a permit to demaufacture; in the interim they are storing the appliances. I explained the requirements for storing less than 1000 appliances in a protective manner and encouraged him to move forward with training and the permit application process. I also said unless they start moving forward with this process they should not be accepting any more appliances at their facilities. Gelner and I walked the yard and saw an improvement from my last visit regarding unacceptable materials in the scrap piles. No further action needed at this time.	BRIAN JERGENSON
