4/9/2019	I visited the site and met with Mike Fountas, manager. He said he recalls that there was some dust when they were grinding waste for use in the new cell. On this day I saw little dust as no grinding was occurring and the roadway were also nearly dust-free even though they were dry. I reminded Mike to practice dust control when necessary.	BILL GROSS
