1/27/2010	I met with Kevin Brehm, Safety & environmental manager regarding the complaint. High winds during unloading caused the dust to move beyond the property lines of OGS. Mr. Brehm will email me a copy of the dust mitigation plan for OGS. Kevin and Jim Allen, Plant Manager will met with complainant soon.	RYAN STOUDER
