6/3/2019	At his request, I emailed Mr. McGregor my complaint investigation report.	BILL GROSS
5/31/2019	Michael McCoy, Executive Director, called to discuss the matter. he said that assault charges may be brought against Mr. McGregor. He said the incident is on camera.	BILL GROSS
5/31/2019	5/30/19 - I called the MWA executive director Michael McCoy and left a message for him to call me. 5/31/19 - Since I did not receive a return call, I contacted the MWA executive assistant Trish Radke and informed her of the complaint. She said she was aware of the complaint, and the descriptions of what happened do not exactly match. She said that Mr. McGregor had violated landfill policy in the past. I told her I told Mr. McGregor I would ask to have the issue brought before the MWA Board of Directors. Since Iowa DNR jurisdiction on this issue is only marginal, I plan no further action at this time.	BILL GROSS
