9/15/2020	On 09/11/2020, I noted SW controls in place. I noted discharge from the site. Bloody Run was turbid at Greenfield Ave. below the site. I noted normal turbidity at Spook Cave for the rainy conditions. I met with Jared Walz and recommended total containment for the site. SW should be land applied. Jared agreed with my recommendations. I visited with Nick Scharf, 563-880-3755, Moyna Const. and discussed total containment.	TOM MCCARTHY
9/10/2020	09/09/2020, via phone, Jerod Walz stated he checked site and silt fences, rock dams, basins were working. He stated run off was discolored but Bloody Run did not appear to be impacted. i told him I would check site with the next several days.	TOM MCCARTHY
