8/29/2022	On August 23 2022 I investigated this complaint and did observe what appeared to be manure on 145th street south of Grandview and a stockpile of manure at the driveway on 145th street just east of the intersection with Hwy 61. I then followed the trail of what appeared to be manure west across hwy 61 where it eventually appeared to stop at this cattle lot. Mr. Bonnichsen and his hired man were about and I talked with them about the complaint. Mr. Bonnichsen indicated that they had stockpiled the manure near the lane to the east that I had observed as the cattle lot was becoming full and the wagon used may have had the back gate partially accidentally open. Mr. Bonnichsen and his hired man indicted they would scrape as much of the manure off of the road way as they could immediately. No further action required. See pics N drive 8/22.	BERT NOLL
