3/21/2023	On March 15, 2023, I visited the location and observed a manure trail on the corner of Main St. going north on Locust. I followed the manure north on Locust to the city limits of Anita where it turns into 745th St. I did not document any manure in the road ditch. When manure is spilled on the roads it must be cleaned up immediately.	JOHN BAKER
