4/13/2018	I contacted Travis who told me it was liquid from the truck wash and the first time they had applied. They did not have samples so they were using book values, which is fine. They were applying with a pivot on pasture ground. I was concerned about the forecast and asked him about the ground, if it was soaking in or running near creek. He walked to wetted edge to check and said it was still 350 feet from it. He will monitor and not do more than another 2 hours. It goes in a 150 ft radius. They had planned to knife it in but can't due to weather. No violations, just use caution.	LOIS BENSON
