5/18/2021	I addressed this complaint at the same time as my facility and MMP inspection. The rendering company failed to complete pick-ups for two weeks. Mortalities were properly placed in and around the rendering box as required. Renderer had picked up mortalities prior to my inspection of the facility. No further action is required at this time.
