8/27/2020	On 08/27/2020, I noted no open buring of tires at Wayne Beringer's farm. I noted the pile of tires had been moved~ 200 feet NW into a old stone building foundation. JR's is working on getting a tire recycling permit.	TOM MCCARTHY
