10/1/2014	On September 29, 2014 at ~ 1220 hours, I investigated complaint. Complainant property located at 2277 Adams Street, West Branch (Downey) was observed. Several sample cores were obtained around property with complainant. Hog manure via site and smell was not observed. Complainant was happy Department investigated to observe and provide second opinion to releave him and his wife of their concerns. Complainant thanked the Department for the time and effort.
