4/2/2015	Visited 4/1 and spoke with an employee named Floyd because the owner (Kurt) was not there. I didn't gain access to the building during this visit but Floyd said they were not demanufacturing appliances in this building. I left my business card and asked to have Kurt call me. Kurt called back 4/2 and identified himself as Kurt Fowlkes, owner and operator of A&S Recycling, permitted for appliance demanufacturing at 2526 18th Street SW. Kurt said he is just storing and shipping from this location. He was in contact with Sue Johnson regarding getting an ADP, but the City was requiring expensive updates to the building if he wished to conduct any activities other than storing and shipping. He said he has angry former partners who have been calling all regulatory agencies on him. Again, he reiterated he is no demanufacturing here and will not be in the future.
