7/28/2014	On 7/25/14 i met Troy at the building that he's trying to get permitted as a transfer station. I got some pictures of that for Amy Buckendahl of DNR's SW Section so she can get the permit issued. During this visit, i walked the entirety of the property of this operation, and didn't observe any evidence of past or current open burning. Complaint Closed.	KURT LEVETZOW
