3/22/2018	Contacted Wade Hamm, since GRRWA Landfill is where Sedore hauls all his solid waste to. According to Comp Planning rules, a landfill isn't supposed to accept waste outside of their planning area, so in cases like this, it's the landfill receiving the waste that could get in trouble for a hauler bringing them waste from a different planning area. Wade called Troy Sedore and asked him about this situation - for details of that conversation, see the attached email from Wade dated March 21, 2018 at 12:30 pm.	KURT LEVETZOW
