11/21/2016	I emailed Van Buren County Engineer, Ryne Thornburg, asking him what the "other debris" was that was reportedly mixed in with the rubble. He emailed me back with photos, which showed only a few pieces of foam or insulation of some type. I emailed Ryne back, informing that due to the vast majority of the material being rubble (which DNR permits to be used as fill) and in light of the fact that there is ongoing legal action for issues of higher significance, that I am not going to pursue this dumping concern.
